Easter 2010 - We give God all the glory!

This Easter was a true celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Our sanctuary was filled with God's people, praising and worshiping Him!  Although we set an LHCC record attendance of 303 in a single worship service, there was more to celebrate than numbers. 

Beginning Friday night, we spent time reflecting and remembering the sacrifice of Jesus Christ with a special Stations of the Cross presentation.  Then on Sunday, in both our 8:15 and 10:30am Worship Services, we celebrated our risen Lord and Savior.

Easter is a special time of year when we spend time with family and, most importantly, spend time proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ!  At Lawrence Heights Christian Church, on Easter Sunday this year we were blessed witness two of our young people being baptized into Christ!  They were "buried with Him in baptism" and "raised a new creation".  Amen!
